About Brian...
Brian Nix is the founder and CEO of Nix Real Estate and is an author, speaker, and mentor.  After obtaining his degree in Business and Psychology, Brian spent the majority of his professional life in the sales industry prior to founding Nix Real Estate where he focuses on several aspects of real estate in the Oklahoma City market, including rehabs, wholesales and rentals.  Since its inception, Nix Real Estate has become one of the faster-growing real estate investment firms in the area.

During that time, Brian has had the honor of speaking multiple times to his local real estate investment club on topics ranging from rehabs, wholesaling, raising private money, and real estate pitfalls.  He has had the privilege of mentoring new investors on numerous occasions.

Brian has condensed some of his experiences into his new book "Real Estate in the Real World", which will be available shortly through Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, and other retail outlets.
